He is survived by: his children, Desiree Ellison-Olheiser (Steven) of Shorewood, Wisconsin, Deona Mickens (Brian) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Anthony L. Ellison of Youngstown, Ohio., Kyle E. Ellison Sr. of Youngstown, Ohio. and Keith E. Ellison Jr. of Youngstown, Ohio.; his sisters, Christal A. Dawson of Youngstown, Ohio, Deborah L. Lewis of Youngstown, Ohio, Victoria Dawson-Scruse (Anthony) of Springfield, Ohio and Andrea Renee Dawson of Warren, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Chase, Abigail, Calvin Ellison-Olheiser and Kyle E. Ellison Jr.; JoTajah Floyd and LaVance L. Turnage Sr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends.
