He is survived by: his wife Sandra Troutman (Henry); his children, Stacy E. Troutman (Cris) and Ginger L. Henry; and his siblings, Marian L. Smith and William B. Troutman (Robin). He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
