He was predeceased by: his parents, Stefan Phillips and Veronica Janjic Phillips; and his wife Agnes M. Hudak. He is survived by: his children, Lawrence J. Phillips Jr. of Longwood, FLA and Kathleen Schmidt (Kevin) of Austintown; his grandchildren, Felicia (Shane), Kira, Jamie (Sam), Katie, Marci, Krista, Dylan, Matthew and Sean; his great grandchildren, Andrew, Jenny and Jace; his siblings, Virginia Ferguson, Dorothy Aikens and Robert Phillips; his daughter-in-law Mary Beth Phillips of Youngstown; his sons, Mark Phillips and Jeffrey Phillips; his siblings, John, Steve, Raymond, Richard Phillips and Marion Kaler; and his daughter-in-law Sally Phillips.
