He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen A. Kurilla and Johanna B. Klena Kurilla; and his sisters, Marlene Perry and Joan Kurilla. He is survived by: his son Thomas L. Kurilla of East Palestine; his grandchildren, Hanna McGee (Niall) of Cortland, Stephen Kurilla (Emily) of Salem and Katelyn Kurilla of Nashville; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Sadie, Ellie Kurilla, Mia and James McGee; his sister Paula Hann (Don) of Arizona; and his wife Arlene G. Neff Kurilla. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
