Kozar (Toni); his stepdaughter Connie Kushma (Dale); his grandchildren, Ave'Kozar, Sophia Kozar, John-Morgan Kozar, Christopher Kozar, Max Kozar, Jessica Kozar, Gianna Kozar, Joseph Kozar, Dale Kushma Jr., Sean Kushma (Stephanie) and Maureen LaCivita (Robert); his great grandchildren, Maria and Micheal LaCivita; his cousin P. A.; Louis Pettorelli. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
