He is survived by: his mother Judith Carol Harmon Belcher Jr. of Youngstown; his children, Markise Belcher of Columbus and Lameisha Belcher of Columbus; his brothers, Steven Belcher (Shaneise) of Youngstown and James Belcher of Youngstown; his aunts, Jessie Copeland of Youngstown, Eartha Sanders (Melvin) of Youngstown and Annette Harmon of Youngstown; and his niece Rolanda "Lonnie" Neal of Youngstown.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sterling-McCullough Williams Youngstown Funeral Chapel (632 Belmont Ave, Youngstown, OH 44502). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
