It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois E. Blackson of Youngstown, Ohio, born in Lawrence, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Guy Trezona and Olive Trezona (Blystone); her husband Carl C. Blackson; her sister Joan Conover; and her son-in-law Howard "Jim" Ringer.

She is survived by : her children, Elizabeth F. Tell (Wesley) of Pittsburgh, Jean E. Ringer of Mercer, PA, Rick C. Blackson (Mary Jo Maluso) of Canfield and Gary J. Blackson (Sondra) of New Springfield; her grandchildren, Lisa Rendall (Bruce Gold), Alex Tell (Susie), Jeanna Hanna (Jarod Stewart), James Ringer (Bethany), Marisa Zitkovic, Jocelyn Edgerton (Michael) and Jeremy Blackson; and her brothers, Donald Trezona of Fredonia, PA and Arthur Trezona (Carol) of Grove City, PA. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
