She is survived by: her children, Debra A. Spencer of Youngstown, Cynthia M. Winlock of Youngstown, William Winlock III (Tereca) of Warren and Vanessa Jackson of Corpus Cristi, TX; her sisters, Essie Sapp Benson of Columbus and Minister Rosa Barron of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Keith, Joi, Antwan, Marilyn, Shauna, Cynquitha, Denise, Tangy and Precious. She is also survived by 30 great grandchildren; 44 great great grandchildren.
