Rutledge-Higgins; her aunt Gwendolyn Rutledge-Payne (Meredith); her siblings, Sheila Rutledge-Broomfield (Brian), Tina Rutledge-Henderson, Tracy Rutledge (Carolyn) and Michael Rutledge; her grandchildren, Kerrington Tucker, Andre Tucker Jr., Tyshawn Rutledge (Jahira), Marcus Higgins, Khi'Lynn Higgins and Kennedy Rutledge; her great grandchildren, Ava Porter, Marquise Rutledge, Jariah Rutledge and Tassiah Rutledge; her close friend Ardess Jamieson Jr.; and her friends, Sylvia Jackson, Diane Jones, Paula Williams and DebRa Floyd-Hughes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
