He was predeceased by : his parents, Julio R. Santiago and Margarita Maldonado; his brothers, Johnny Santiago, David Santiago and Julius Santiago; and his stepdaughter Brittney Noble.
He is survived by : his wife Valeria Campbell (Santiago); his daughter Anastasia Santiago; his stepchildren, Quanishia James, Christina Noble, Shaniqua Noble (Lorain Ohio) and Ira James, Jr. (Cleveland Ohio); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Kameron, Marquan, Madison, Navayshia, Christian, Ariah, Eligh and Ira III; his siblings, Nancy Santiago of Youngstown, OH, Milagros "Millie" Deloach (Lubbock Texas), Julia Knox (Houston Texas) and Joe Roldan; and his in-laws, Rogers (Lorain Ohio), John Rogers Jr. (Cincinnati Ohio), Otis Thompson (Rosie), Jason Parker (Adrienne) and Yolanda Campbell-McAfee (Lorain Ohio).
