We announce the death of Mari Keels (Youngstown, Ohio), who passed away on September 16, 2026, at the age of 63. Mari will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her father Edward Shivers; her husband Ronald Keels Sr.; her grandparents, Albert Miller Sr., Lila Miller (McKelvey), Eddie Castle and Mary Castle (Shivers); her brother William "Bip" Shivers; her cousin Keith Miller; and her niece Kendall Jai Roller.
She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Shelton (Shivers); her son Ronald Keels Jr.; and her sisters, Linda Humphrey and Jennifer Roller (Jason).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the L. E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home Inc. (1951 McGuffey Rd, Youngstown, OH 44505). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
