She is survived by: her husband John Sr.; her daughter Tracy Willingham of Girard; her grandchildren, Tyra, JaLisa, Terena and Tamesha; her brother Willie Thomas (Ruby) of Mississippi; and her daughter-in-law Karen Willingham of Masury. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
