He is survived by: his children, Michael Paul Cossack of Youngstown, Eric Gbur of Struthers and Melissa Benson of Youngstown; his siblings, Brian Cossack of Salem and Cynthia Braden of Stow, OH; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Leah and Alexa.
