He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Hulewat and Catherine Malik Hulewat; his in-laws, Robert and Christina Mathes; and his wife Cynthia Mae Hulewat (Mathes).
He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Lynn Atha; his son-in-law Marty Atha, Jr. of Sagamore Hills; his grandchildren, Kailey Urbank (Zak) of Sherrodsville, Ohio, Matthew Atha of Scottsdale, Maeson Philip Atha of Sagamore Hills, Ryan Atha of Sagamore Hills and Collin Atha of Sagamore Hills; and his great grandchild Madison Urbank. He is also survived by wife, parents, and grandparents.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the National Rifle Association or Parkinson's Foundation.
