He is survived by: his wife Denise Brooks Bettikofer; his sons, Mike Bettikofer of Dalla, GA., Albert Bettikofer (Andrea) of Fayetteville, NC. and Jesse Bettikofer of Youngstown; and his sister Edwina Nitzsky (Dale) of Florida. He is also survived by four granddaughters; two grandsons.
