He is survived by: his siblings, Chester Phillips (Dorothy) of Kannapolis, NC, Donnell Phillips of Boardman, Doris Phillips of Euless, TX, Patricia Phillips of Columbus and Monica Phillips of Youngstown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
