It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mooneam Frances West (Youngstown, Ohio), who passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond F. West and Helen West (Margetko); and her brother Raymond West II. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Wilms (John) and Dr. James Cain; her granddaughters, Sarah Carroll (Matthew), Salem and Dr. Abbey (Jonathon); her great grandchildren, Greyson, Easton, Emmett and Rosemary Frances; her sisters, Sally Russell (Gary) and Karen Mazzarella; her sister-in-law Madeline West of Hilliard; and her friends, Janet Barger, Girard and Carol Payne of Monroe, NC.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
