She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Hammonds of East Palestine, OH, MeChelle Barnett of Youngstown, OH, LaVerne Brooks of Millville, NJ, Dr. Leroy Hammonds, Jr. (Diana) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Tamara Hammonds of East Palestine, OH and Derwin Hammonds of Columbus, OH.; and her grandchildren, Naomi Patmon, Daishja Parks, Shawn Barnett, Miya Barnett, Chantel Brooks, Janessa Brooks, Daniel Brooks, Isaiah Brooks, Michelle Denise Seawood, Jasmine Hammonds, Natasha Hammonds and Leroy Hammonds III. She is also survived by 9 Great-Grandchildren and a host of adopted sons and daughters, nieces, nephews and friends.
