She was predeceased by: her parents, James Yannarella and Anna Yannarella (Palma); her husband Patrick Testa; her grandson Santino Bell; her siblings, Phyllis Slaina and James Yannarella; and her niece Lynn Slaina.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janine Hamilton (Jack), Holly Testa (Tanja Simione) and Tricia Conti; her grandchildren, Gianna Bell, Mia Bell, Vito Bell, Gabriella Jones (Darion Sr.) and Gia Lynn Conti; her great grandchildren, Darion Jones Jr., Jaxx Jones and Haven Bell; and her caregiver Gabriel Francis.
