He is survived by: his daughter Lori Balciar (David W. Smith) of Austintown; his grandsons, Matthew S. Balciar of Struthers and Kyle W. Smith of Austintown; his stepdaughter Sharon Bryant (Fred); and his sister Martha Balciar of Girard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
