He was predeceased by : his parents, Stephen and Mary Betts Terlesky; his children, Todd Terlesky and Allison Lough; and his godson Michael Sweder.

He is survived by : his grandsons, Todd Lough and Seth Lough; his siblings, Mary Ann Sweder (Tom) of Struthers, Ted Terlesky (Mary Lou) of Poland and John Terlesky (Linda) of Poland; and his former life partner Judith of Howland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kinnick Funeral Home (477 N Meridian Rd, Youngstown, OH 44509). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
