He is survived by: his siblings, John C. Kurek II of Jacksonville, NC, Kathleen Foster (Wayne) of Nebo, NC, Josephine "Jodi" Clowes (Don) of Austintown and Frances Miller (Mark) of Youngstown, Ohio.; his nephew Nick; and his niece Beth.
