He is survived by: his wife Maria "Alex" Alexandra Cook (Castillo); his daughters, Megan and Abby (Cook); his son-in-law Charles Angelou of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his brother Gerald. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
