He was predeceased by: his parents, Riddel Gatling and Blanche Perkins Gatling; and his siblings, Edward Gatling, Charlie Gatling, Thomas Gatling, Ozilla White and Lavinia Davis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Yvonne Whipple of Youngstown, Valarie White of Youngstown, Sandra Overton (Kenneth) of Youngstown and Darlene Hills of Long Beach, CA. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
