He is survived by: his fiancée Linda Easton of Youngstown; his son Dr. Bob Kramer (Betsy) of Poland; his grandchildren, Ryan, Kent and Altair; his great grandchildren, Benjamin and Dominic; and his siblings, Carol Ann Kidder, Nettie Jean White, Joseph, Charlie and James While. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
