He was predeceased by: his father Rodney S. Smith; and his father-in-law Bill Bagnull. He is survived by: his mother Sue Stickle Webster; his wife Michelle Smith; his children, Samantha Smith and Rodney S. Smith III; and his siblings, Tim Webster (Becky), Phil Webster (Barb) and Amanda Webster.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel (5797 Mahoning Ave, Youngstown, OH 44515).
