He is survived by: his fiancée Susan Lynn Burnett; his daughter Nicole Diana of Texas; his granddaughter Kaylee; his siblings, Linda Spier (Bill) of Minerva and Raymond A. Diana Jr. of Niles; and his close friends, Dawna Ohlinger and Pat McCarregher. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
