She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Davis and Gladys Farrell; and her children, Judy Davis, Cheryl Hunt and Edward Carter, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Edward Carter Sr.; and her children, Richard Carter of Youngstown, Brenda Carter of Struthers, Bernard Carter of Middleburgh Fla and Carla Carter. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren and two great -great grandchildren.
