She was predeceased by: her parents, John Motz and Sophie Motz (Mihu); her husband James John Mentzer; her daughter Kimberly Ramun; and her siblings, John Motz and Sherrill Meenahan.
She is survived by: her son David Jr. Ramun (Tammy); her grandchildren, Rebecca Ramun (Ty Jefferson), Jordan Ramun, Samantha Ramun and Alyssa Kuzan; her great grandchildren, Silas Ramun and Ty "Junie" Jefferson; and her sisters, Sue Ahlswede (Bill), Patty Fuleno and Kathie Motz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
