He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammie Lee Miller and Bertha Miller (Evans); and his siblings, Palmer Boggs and Ramone Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald Evans (Tommy Seen), Timothy Miller (Emerly), Michael Miller, Linda Miller, Shirley Miller, Angela Miller-Parker and Sherry Miller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
