He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Galazia and Marie Galazia (Kadvan); his grandparents, Charles, Evelyn Galazia, Andrew and Christine Kadvan; and his godfather Albert "Sandy" Sandora Jr..

He is survived by: his children, Alina and Vigo; his wife Jade Galazia (Antonelli); the mother of his children Jenna Bartlett; his brother Ronald Galazia (Jamie DeFrank) of Struthers; his nieces and nephews, Nadia, Enzo Galazia, Eli and Freya Antonelli; his mother-in-law A. Jane Antonelli; his brother-in-law Daniel Antonelli (Bethanie); his cousin Mandi Saluga of Canfield; and his godmother Josephine Tisler of Struthers.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that material tributes take the form of donations to his children.
