She was predeceased by: her parents, John Malits and Marie Malits (Derkits); her children, Susan Michelle Schell and John Maries; and her siblings, Edmund Malits and Vivian Pesch.

She is survived by: her grandsons, Taylor Schell and Kyle Schell; and her son-in-law Larry Schell.
