She was predeceased by: her father Clifford Smith; and her brother Clifford "Fuzzy" Smith. She is survived by: her mother Berdia Tubbs Smith; her siblings, Yolonda Wall (Bill) of Youngstown and Terrance Smith (Patty) of Columbus; her aunts, Theresa Dunwood and Lelia Milliner; and her uncle Ambrose Smith. She is also survived by three nieces; two great nieces.
