He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen J. Tabaka and Frances Grusykowski Tabaka Sr.; and his brother Edward Tabaka. He is survived by: his children, Josh Tabaka of Columbus, OH and Brooke Ross (Gregory) of New Franklin, OH; his grandchildren, Brynn and Nicholas Ross; his siblings, Kathy Voytko (Tom) of New Middletown, Patty Dey (Bill) of New Waterford, Bob Tabaka (Libby) of Poland and Rich Tabaka (Stephanie) of New Middletown; and his sister-in-law Francine Tabaka of New Middletown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
