She was predeceased by : her mother Carol A. Bacon; and her brother Patrick Bacon. She is survived by : her father James B. Bacon of Naples, Fla.; her brothers, James Bacon (Mary Beth) of Poland and David Bacon of Austintown; her nephews, Nicholas Hlivak of Marysville and Jake Bacon of Poland; and her pets, Chloe and Gidget.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Wilson Czech Opera House, Wilson, Kan.; or to the Kent State University Museum, Kent, Ohio.
