She was predeceased by: her parents, Luigi Scarsella and Mary Grace Scarsella (Canacci); her daughters, Concetta and Connie Kushma (Dale) of Scarsella's Restaurant; her sister Vicki Battista (Felix); her sons, John Kozar (Melissa) and Joe Kozar (Toni); her former husband Marino Pettorelli; her sons, Anthony and Louis Pettorelli; and her sister Connie Massaro (Mario).
She is survived by: her husband Leon J Kozar; her son Joseph; her grandchildren, Dale Kushma, Sean Kushma (Stephanie), Maureen LaCivita (Robert), Jessica, Gianna, Joseph Kozar, Ave, John Morgan, Max and Christopher Kozar; and her great grandchildren, Maria and Michael LaCivita.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that all donations be sent in her name to St. Charles Church at 7345 Westview Dr., Boardman, Ohio 44512.
