With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Teresa Marie Hickson (Youngstown, Ohio), born in Youngstown, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 10, 2025 at the age of 71. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mattie Edwards Hickson and Clifford Hickson Sr.; her brothers, Richard "Tony" and Charles Hickson; her granddaughters, Barraya Baker (Dashonti Sr.) and Briaira Jackson; her nieces, Shereese, Jakia, Kendall and Taunya; her son Barrington "Barry" Hickson; and her siblings, Clifford Hickson Jr., Rev. Jimmie Hickson, David Hickson and Thelma Johnson.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of the J. E. Washington Funeral Home (2234 Glenwood Ave, Youngstown, OH 44511). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Union Baptist Church (528 Lincoln Ave, Youngstown, OH 44502).
