She is survived by: her husband Jefferson Phillips; her daughters, Gail Y. Elmore and Yvette J. Elmore-Albert (Anton); her siblings, Patricia Trice (John) and Donald; her grandson Darrian Nall Christopher Mercer; and her brother Matthew Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
