He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Jean Moorman; his children, Betty Moten of Pasadena, CA, Joseph "Jody" Baldwin (Kim) of Youngstown, OH., Priscilla Baldwin Colbert of Youngstown, OH. and Alice Baldwin of Youngstown, OH.; his grandchildren, Steve Wilson, Rob Wilson, Kishma Croft, Marcus Baldwin, Theresa Fields, Kimani Croft, Sirob Baldwin, Danielle Franklin, Justin Patterson, LaShaunda Franklin, Juawana Colbert, Jermaine Baldwin, LaTasha Newman, Morgan Moten, Micalise Johnson and Ketuan Baldwin; his children, Janice Patterson Wilson, Thomas Baldwin Jr., William Bill Baldwin and Judy Ann Franklin; his grandchildren, Baby Shawn Wilson, Kendrick Baldwin and Barry Jake Baldwi; his great grandchild Arthur Ty Mitchell; and his siblings, Fred Baldwin, Helen Razor, Willie "Wee" Bryant and Mary "Poochie" Baldwin.
