He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fullerman and Kathleen Nolan Fullerman; and his brother Gary Fullerman. He is survived by: his wife Frances Wetzl; his daughters, Kristy Budavich (David) of Pittsburgh and Kelly Borys (Matt) of Fenwick Island, Del.; his sister Marcia Titus (David) of Dover, Del.; and his grandchildren, Katherine and Josiah Budavich.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Thomas' memory may be made to Hospice House, 9803 Sharrott Road, Youngstown, OH 44514.
