He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Fleming and Helen Baeszler Fleming; and his sister Mary Jane Thompson. He is survived by: his son James Patrick Fleming; his daughter-in-law Katie York Fleming; his grandson Robert Fleming; and his siblings, Catherine Fleming, Paul Fleming, Michael Fleming (Mary Beth) and Al Fleming (Suzanne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
