He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward W. Howley and Helen Theresa Kazik Howley; his sister Norma Jean Gaul; his nephews, David, Mark and James, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Richard Moore.
He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel Howley (Diana) of Poland and Loretta Moore (Susan Green) of Canfield; his nieces, Gail Guerrier (Jim) of Austintown and Kelly Howley of Austintown; and his nephew Jason Lipinski of Columbus.
The family has requested material donations can be made to St. Edwards Food Pantry in memory of Tim.
