She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillie Turner Banks Butler and Thomas Banks; her husband Talmadge Williams; her daughter Donna Maria Williams; her brother Herbert Banks; and her grandson Matthew Lewis McDowell.
She is survived by: her daughter Lillie Denise McDowell (Michael) of Chattanooga, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Tamara Brianna Williams of Chicago and Michael William McDowell of Chattanooga, Tennessee. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the J. E. Washington Funeral Services (2234 Glenwood Ave, Youngstown, OH 44511).
