We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2025, at the age of 95, Van Singleton (Youngstown, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Singleton and Edith Singleton (Wine); his former wife Margaret Singleton (Mohney); his wife Frances Singleton (McNamara); and his siblings, Mildred Ward, Jean Ward and Roland Singleton.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Coggins (Scott), Mary Ellen Pew (Larry), Daryl Singleton (Sherry Gillis), Jackie Lutes (Mark Wilson) and Rose Snyder; his siblings, Carldetta Weber and Amos Singleton; and his great grandchildren, Roderick Lutes, Nina Huffman (Tom), Bobby Lee, Randy Garrett, Amanda Garrett, Vance Pew, Ashley Smail (Josh) and Sarah Coggins of Robert Coggins, B. J.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lane Austintown Chapel (5797 Mahoning Ave, Youngstown, OH 44515). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
