She is survived by: her daughter Monique Rochelle Darnell of Columbus; her grandchildren, James Jr., Mariana and S'Emiya; her great grandchildren, Demetrius Jr., Da'Moni, Ja'Rainna and Iazen; and her sisters, Wanda Smith of Youngstown and Diane Smith Dawson of Youngstown.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the L. E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home Inc. (1951 McGuffey Rd, Youngstown, OH 44505). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
