She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chipps and Freda "Vicky" Lipscomb Chipps; her husband Gerald "Jerry" Hutch; her brother William Chipps; and her brother-in-law James Zimmerman.
She is survived by: her children, James Hutch (Deana) of Poland and Jennifer Flynn (Brian) of New Middletown; her granddaughter Olivia Flynn; her siblings, Marilyn Yurko (Andrew "Jack") of Boardman, Paula Zimmerman of Youngstown, Debby Parella (Gary) and Danny Chipps (Diane "Dee"); and her sister-in-law JoAnn Chipps of Poland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
