She was predeceased by: her parents, James Anderson and Ethel Pearl Anderson (Smith); her husband Julius "Jay" Smith; her son Terry Smith; and her siblings, Betty Burnsworth, Nettie Ruff, Linda McMillen, Bill, Bob, Ed and Butch Anderson.
She is survived by: her daughter Beverly Smith of New Waterford; her siblings, David Anderson (Brenda) of Acme, PA and Judy Charlton (Ron) of Pittsburgh; her granddaughters, Amy Webber (Jamie) of New Waterford and Melissa Gretsinger-Lipinski (Regan) of Williamsburg, VA; and her great grandchildren, Kanaan, Kellen, Rayne, Abigail, Jake, Chloe and Eli.
