Though Wayne may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Wayne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Donaldson and Jeanette W. Donaldson Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Wayne B. Donaldson of Youngstown, James P. Donaldson of Youngstown and Shannon Ziesel of Atlanta, GA; his sister Jerrine L. King of Youngstown; and his grandson Abram Ziesel of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Third Baptist Church (1177 Park Hill Dr, Youngstown, OH 44505). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
