Willard H. Neff Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Willard H. Neff (Youngstown, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 3, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Neff and Dessa M. "Millie" Butler; and his wife Patricia J. "Pat" Neff. He is survived by: his daughters, Janice Force (David) and Sharon Clayburn (Don); his sister Joyce Fusco (Joe); his grandchildren, Devin Force, Joshua Clayburn, Gatlin Clayburn and Gabby Clayburn; and his nephew Jeff Fusco (Theresa). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
