He is survived by: his children, Wilene West (Kelvin) of Youngstown, Desate' Burkley (Cliff) of Youngstown, Danyell Logan (Keith) of Youngstown, Mia York of Youngstown, Lorenzo Bell of Youngstown and Holley King of Columbus, OH; his brothers, Sheldon Slade of Anchorage and John Bell of New Castle, PA; and his stepchildren, Davida Davis of Youngstown, Christina Davis of Pennsylvania, Jason Davis of Pennsylvania and Joshua Davis of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the L. E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home Inc. (1951 McGuffey Rd, Youngstown, OH 44505).
